Presenter – Derek Howard (ACA), CEO of ‘The Customer’
Derek is the founder and CEO of ‘The Customer’. He is passionate about helping business leaders and their teams to build stronger client relationships, win more business and increase team engagement. Always with a focus on excellent service and strong commercial results.
He has over 20 years’ experience working with and coaching proposal teams predominantly in the professional services sector. Derek has also developed and delivered training programmes and coaching throughout Europe on proposals, relationship building, networking, fee negotiation, client feedback and key account management.
Derek is also a qualified accountant (ACA) and spent 23 years with PwC in a number of senior Business Development & Marketing roles.
